Entrepreneurship, Step by Step

August 7, 2016

Here’s how to make sure your business has it’s best possible start. Disciplined Entrepreneurship, by Bill Aulet, is a handbook for new companies.  (The author is the managing director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship as well as a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management).  Although some people believe entrepreneurship can’t be learned, the author disagrees.  So do we. This book provides a detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive approach to entrepreneurship.

We like the book’s step by step approach to learning entrepreneurship, It is rich in tools to increase the success of your product and your company.  With an emphasis on innovation, this book will teach you how to focus and how to overcome the obstacles that often come with entrepreneurship.  This is a systematic guide, suitable for new entrepreneurs, as well as serial entrepreneurs, and for companies large and small.
